We require a 30% deposit two weeks before your event. Payment in full is due the day of the event. A deposit of $5.00 per serving utensil is required. It will be refunded on their return. We can provide servers for your event at $75.00 per server for up to 4 hours. Delivery charges may apply and will be based on time and mileage. Delivery Charges Vary. We will not be responsible for any rented items unless contracted through Frank Giaquinto Catering We guarantee that your guest count will be served. We will provide approximately 5% additional food. If you are aware of heavy eaters, you may choose to adjust your head count to accommodate these guests. Catered events will be charged an 18% gratuity (Service Charge) & applicable sales tax. This will be documented in your proposal. Please allow 48 hours notice for all catering.
